⦿ শুধুমাত্র Indonesia সার্ভারে ID Code দিয়ে টপ আপ হবে। [Top up will be done only on Indonesia server with ID Code]
⦿ Player ID Code ভুল দিয়ে Diamond না পেলে Zafran Top Up কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী নয়। [Zafran Top Up authorities are not responsible for not receiving Diamonds if the Player ID Code is incorrect]
⦿ Order কমপ্লিট হওয়ার পরেও আইডিতে ডাইমন্ড না গেলে চেক করার জন্য আইডি পাসওয়ার্ড দিতে হবে । [If the diamond is not received in the ID even after the order is completed, you will have to enter the ID password to check]
⦿ অর্ডার Cancel হলে কি কারণে তা Cancel হয়েছে তা অর্ডার হিস্টোরিতে দেওয়া থাকে অনুগ্রহ পুর্বক দেখে পুনরায় সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে অর্ডার করবেন। [If an order is canceled, the reason for the cancellation is given in the Order History. Please check it and place the order again with the correct information]
